"The room was comfortable. They even had a choice of pillows. The breakfast (Japanese and Western choices) was EXCELLENT, featuring regional specialties in a tatami dining room with a city view. The location was convenient, near the train station, with many nearby dining and shoppping options. We would definitely stay there again when in Nagano. "

"The room was very large, the hotel overall was very new. Great balance between catering for children and adults. The restaurant was very modern and spacious with a great view of the forest.
