"The check in was fast and the front desk person was nice. The room is remodeled from last time I was here and is so much nicer! Nice, clean furniture, laminate flooring, and a nice new bathroom! I also like the makeup remover wipes in the bathroom. Only reason not 5 stars is the breakfast is $10, wish there was a coupon or a discount for staying guests."

"We reserved a pet room. The room was on the lower level - where all pet rooms are. This was great because we did not have to mingle with other guests who aren't keen on pets. We did not notice any parties, loud guests or the normal sounds you hear in a hotel during the entire week of our stay. Hotel staff, top notch, every day - every shift - and we were there for an entire week. Breakfast was what you would expect in terms of qualify, but hot items were hot, and there was always plenty of everything. Finally, I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff seemed to work so hard to keep the facility clean and tidy. If I am ever in Cheyenne, would stay again and would recommend it to anyone else thinking of staying without any reservation or pause. 4.75 stars. My only gripe - the internet, even on the hotel wifi was SLLLOOOOWWWW!. Fix that and 5 stars all day long. "
