「Wifi didnt work which was crucial for us booking our holiday and staff booked everything we needed though everytjing was incredibly expensive.」

Das Frühstück war außergewohnlich gut und reichhaltig. High Tea und Spa (Massagen) sind sehr zu empfehlen. Aufpassen muss man allerdings bei der Schlussrechnung: Bei uns fanden sich einige Sachen, die wir so nicht gebucht hatten. Dies wurde allerdings nach entsprechender Reklamation berichtigt.」

Location was great, a grocery store just across the street and it was not too far from town; 10min by taxi to the Zimbabwe border.」

「I truly loved this lodge that is located in the middle of the safari. Upon entering the lodge, I passed a herd of elephants in the middle of the road. There are signs around the lodge indicating the rhinos in the area, as well. The chalet, which was like a tiny house, was decorated beautifully. The staff was extremely helpful, and they assist you with booking excursions you can enjoy. Van drivers come to get you to take you to your excursions.」

「Really liked the people and the lodge. But the city or country rations the electricity--in a country that should be exporting hydroelectric power, meant that power was off for hours and wifi was sporadic. Sad.」
