「Amazing stay. My only complaint is how many mosquitoes were in the room」

「員工很有禮，酒店整潔，但泳池就不適合游泳，因為太多樹葉，早餐食物種類不多但味道還不錯，晚上在酒店用餐，食物味道出乎意料之外好味。」

「This is a great hotel. Our river view room was spectacular. The staff were friendly. The overall surroundings are brilliant, well maintained, and we saw elephants having lunch in the neighbouring national park from a few feet away (through an electric fence!). It's well located to get into Livingstone and you really can't beat staying right on the banks of the Zambezi. The pool is nice, if slightly smaller than expected, and not heated. The service was sometimes slow. Food was good, not...

「Too noise, especially in Saturday and Sunday nights, because of the night club. Some rooms have many mosquitos. Some of the staffs not helpful. My friend hurt his head by using the gangway inside the hotel due to the lack of safety cause by the hotel.」

「I realy do recommend staying here, the accommodation was beautiful, staff so freindly and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent. We saw so many wild animals in and around the river from our luxury tent. The sunset cruise from the hotel was excellent,」

「Convenient location, helpful staff, nice rooms, and a relaxing feel made it a great place to stay.」

「Great hospitality and cleaness!」

「Alles was prima.

「Hands down would stay here again. Adorable and comfortable rooms and lodge. Very friendly staff.」

「Generally run down and simple lodge. The room was huge but just missing simple things (hangers for the cupboard for instance) or a kettle for drink. No fridge like in pictures No hot water for the shower, wifi was poor (until we moved it to the room) Breakfast was poor」

「Staff was friendly the problem was at the bar..Orders were delayed.」

「We had a lovely stay, room was clean and tidy, bed was very comfortable. Some of the furnishings could do with an upgrade. Staff were were extremely helpful and freindly. Food was lovely. Unfortunately the phone in our room did not work. The staff were very thorough with cleaning and the pools etc., as we did have some big storms while we stayed, but that did not interrupt our enjoyment of staying. Just be aware the property is on a hill, so lots of slopes and steps.」

「Second stay here , some areas are still being built but a fantastic future and I look forward to seeing the finished product .」
