「What a fun place to stay! The staff really tried to make it a special experience, and breakfast was great. We would stay again if we're ever in town!」

「Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly but lacked in telling us anything about the property suchbas, fitness center hours, breakfast, hours or Wi-Fi password. If they're even west password needed... Housekeeping was still working when we arrived, and they were all very friendly in the hallways. However, a good housekeeping attendant always checks the amenities in the bathroom, and our conditioner was completely empty and the bedside readung light was out. These are all very minor but...

「the only problem I had was the bed was a bit on the overly firm side. everything else was great, it’s usually our go-to spot when we go on roadtrip!」

「Beautiful large room with lovely bathroom and outstanding shower. A little coffee machine in the room made great espresso. Excellent cocktail bars (2!), coffee shop next door and great downtown location. All this for a superb value. Couldn't ask for more. This is a real review :)」

「Property is under construction right now so things were understandably a bit dirty in entry areas. Room was clean and in good order. However, there wasn't much sound proofing. Being located right across from the ice machine we could hear every time it was dispensing ice. This was a rather loud process every time. Also could hear microwave running in next door room. Not deal breakers but did cause sleep disruption.」

「Very welcoming staff. Easy and fast check in. My room was very clean. It looks like some new flooring has been added. The bathroom was immaculate. Looks like it was recently refurbished/upgraded. Great water flow in the shower, good hot water and REAL towels!!!」

「This place is a dump. It's old and it's dirty. The rooms were dirty and I don't even think it was cleaned before we arrived as there was a bag of chips and some headphones in the drawer. There were several burn marks on the bedding, no window screens, filthy toilet (with poop splatter) and bathroom was dirty. The smell alone was horrible like someone smoked in there for 30 years. Definitely no.place to bring your family.」

「Front desk staff professional & helpful. We asked for a room on the top floor and they did so with no hesitation. The bed was really comfortable and we were elated that it was super quiet throughout the night. We’ll stay here again if we are ever through Boise again.」
