「Very very bad experience with high room rate. First day check in the radiator was malfunction, then the manager offered a dusty and dirty portable heater. The hair dryer also occasionally out of order. The second day the room was cleaned with used towels left and room and floor was not cleaned. The third day no cleansing and also NO hot water supply. Though staff were tried to help and offered bottle of wine, but you can imagine how bad the experience during the stay. Will tell my friends not to...

「The room condition is clearly old and worn off especially for the toilet. It’s clean though. The hotel needs a renovation to bring the client experience to the next higher level. 」
