「Such a lovely place, what a location. We first went in late 2020 and had a wonderful suite, this time we were in a standard room. We had a loch view which was lovely as we were celebrating two birthdays! The staff are so friendly, thank you all. There is a newer more modern part and the older historic building - we’ve been in the older bit both times. As the building is older, you can’t expect it to be clinical like a new build! 「Veldig hyggelig vertinne. Stedet serverer ikke frokost, med det var satt inn mange forskjellige matvarer til bruk ved frokost. Fikk tilbud om skyss inn til sentrum ved avsluttet opphold. Tok ca 20 min å gå fra sentrum.」

The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because our room (room 1) had wafer thin walls. We were woken up by the couple next door talking. I don't think they were talking that loudly, but it felt like they were on the end of our bed ! This is such a shame as everything else is excellent. 」

「Very very bad experience with high room rate. First day check in the radiator was malfunction, then the manager offered a dusty and dirty portable heater. The hair dryer also occasionally out of order. The second day the room was cleaned with used towels left and room and floor was not cleaned. The third day no cleansing and also NO hot water supply. Though staff were tried to help and offered bottle of wine, but you can imagine how bad the experience during the stay. Will tell my friends not to...
