「Entire stay was great, unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the beautiful pool—wish we had more time to enjoy more of the amenities. Restaurant within the hotel was enjoyable—food was very good.」

「The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the smoking room that I wanted for my stay. I was able to check in a bit early and the room was spotlessly clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The jetted tub was most relaxing on a cold winter day. Definitely a great place for an inexpensive mini getaway. 」

「The place is good, surrounded by several retirement houses, and located next to Western University. However, it takes a 5 minute walk uphill form the nearest bus station, and it is a bit difficult to locate. The facility is fine except the heating is not functioning, it was too dry and too hot, in which I have to leave the window open throughout the night for making myself a little more comfortable. 」

「Clean and efficient. Great layout. Hockey parents- you can’t drink/socialize in the halls they strictly enforce this. But the lobby was great and they have no problem with a large group chilling down there until the wee hours. So fun! 」

「Our room was clean and fresh when we arrived. I had booked a standard room with a king size, the hotel upgraded us to a deluxe room with a king size and a balcony. We had an issue with our glass door key card (we had 2 sets of locked doors to go through) and the front desk remedied that for us immediately. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would book there again.」
