"Parking is a pain but it’s the same for all hotels along the river. Breakfast was ok. Room ok but no fridge no toiletries "

"Hotel although rough around the edges is a pretty clean and well equipped stay. Staff are quick to resolve issues as they are a common occurrence. The place on general has a nod to being very upmarket however it’s let down by its understaffed areas lack of internal communication and general state of repairs and upgrading. This is how we reflecting in the price. "
