Upon our first visit to the poolside restaurant Arlene was our server, very professional and pleasant, so pleasant we requested her service each morning 4 days upon arrival to the restaurant, she would greet us with a smile and outstanding attitude to serve us in our many breakfast endeavors. Also there was Melody at the front desk who greeted us with a warm welcome to the resort! Her attention to detail and excellent customer service skills were beyond what we expected. Combined they made a memorable experience one we will not forget. The Hilton Ft Lauderdale Beach Resort is a gem! It houses several dining locations on premises and located within walking distances to great fine dining establishments. We had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! All the best and we hope to visit in the near future. "

"Too far from the airport, 20 minutes and $50 including tip, better to pay more and stay closer to the airport and save on cab fares, or ubers. Some airport hoteks are close and have free shuttles."
