「The hotel itself is very run down and doesn't look like the pictures at all. The bedding, pillows, couch and floors were all dirty. There was a horrible smell that lingered for days. Had to keep the windows open and bought spray and cleaning supplies. However the location was very central and the price was right. That was the selling point」

「Property was very clean and all communication handled over WhatsApp. We were moved to a different building the day our booking was meant to start due to maintenance issues. This was all handled via WhatsApp. Reception in different building, 10min walk away. There were lots of stairs and convoluted hallways - this was difficult for my elderly mother. Sofa bed is actually just a hard sofa that folds at a 90 degree angle. I’d only put a child or person weighing less than 40kgs in it. Other beds...

「No front desk, required to provide photos of ID, passport, and required to deposit by credit card $100 UK Pound for security fee hold for any apartment damage. I stayed there nights, no restocking of clean towels, no restocking of coffee sugar and cream. I texted management asking for these. No reply. It's a nice apartment, good location downtown, Near all of the tourist sites, cathedral, medieval wall, old town.」

「Overall flat was spacious and location was good. We had flat 9 and the back bedroom had 2 windows both directly above the alley where all the local pubs and restaurants dump their empty bottles and kegs, until well past 1 in the morning then bin men start pick up between 05-0600. Needless to say very little sleep. This is not the rental agency fault as they do not control this but just be aware of these outside conditions.」

「Accommodation are comfortable and clean, there are many restaurants nearby. Staff are nice and helpful. Lots of noise in the street on Friday and holiday nights.」
