The hotel was brand new, with lovely wooden floors and decor. Check in was easy and welcoming and location is close to shops, restaurants and Ueno station. The room is a large open space (we had three people in the flower room). There was also a portable cooking hob if you need to do simple cooking. We thought it was great value for the busy season we were in Tokyo. There wasn’t much to fault, only one minor things which may have made the stay even better- another option for pillow (although this may have been available, and I just didn’t ask).

This hotel was amazing. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and courteous, there’s a 7-11 on the lobby floor to get all your drinks and snacks. The buffet was delicious the staff was courteous and friendly. The only drawback was the location, it’s about a 1.5 to 2 hour train ride ...
