「The room was clean but the toilets were made for kindergartners, bring your own pillow as theirs are hard as rocks. The staff is very pleasant and will work hard to make it right. I would stay there again and bring my own comforts from home. This is a family owned motel so do not expect any of the perks of staying in hotel.」

「The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was hospitable」

「This was our third time staying at the Cove Inn. We like it because of the beautiful area, pleasant staff, cleanliness and close proximity to other areas. Breakfast at the cafe is always delicious. Two restaurants are a short distance right off the sidewalk. The biggest disappointment this trip was the fact that we no longer could access the tiki bar located right outside and next to the pool. Apparently it is a club only bar now and because the prices are club prices, outsiders cannot drink...

「Hotel is beautiful and in line with Olde Naples, Staff is excellent, amenities are very good. There are some start up issues, HVAC goes off line often and requires a maintence person to reset (goes off line when you open slider but does not reset when closed). Bar and restaurant areas are excellent and location is stellar. Highly recommend」

「hermoso hotel buena ubicacion excelente piscina」

「We arrived at the resort to find a full blown renovation in progress. This was never disclosed on the property website. If they had we would have stayed elsewhere. Power tools being used debris and unsafe conditions for guests. Staff could have cared less. We were told room would be cleaned every day and it wasn’t until we complained. Pool closed one day of our stay. They offered guests nothing for the inconvenience. Location was good and room was nice. I will not be back.」

「Terrible do not stay here」

「Our stay was amazing!!! The staff was very nice and they upgraded our room. The room was excellent, beautiful with its own patio. Nice free breakfast and they have free delicious snacks and drinks at 4-5pm. Staying at this hotel made our trip the best thing. Thank you so much!」

「Great location. Free parking is available.」
