「被酒店上传的照片欺骗了，为了要找带厨房的房间，所以找到这家酒店，结果住进去才知道根本无法做饭的厨房，空调声音非常非常大，房间的哪个朝向都是临街，所以半夜就有车流声，根本无法入睡。」

「地理位置太优越了，出行非常方便，楼下就是公交站，可以到任何你想去的景点，厨房设施也很齐全，总之我下次还会选择住在这里。」

「My third time staying at Aston Waikiki Sunset. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The staff were friendly and helpful in resolving any issues you asked. Room is clean, equipped with a full kitchen and has the balcony. Each floor has coin-operated washer/dryer. You can purchase parking tickets at the machine in the lobby for $35 per day. The hotel facilities and room furniture are somewhat outdated. Anyway, it's a good choice when you're on vacation in Honolulu.」

「スタッフの対応も良く、皆気持ち良く対応してくれたので不満はない。ただし、フロントロビーの香りはとても良く気持ちが良いが、客室への廊下は下駄箱の臭いがして残念。 駐車場は運営会社が違い、料金を毎日支払う必要があり、バレーパーキングの便利さなく、煩わしく大変残念。チェックイン時にチェックアウトのひが分かっているので、支払方法は企業の努力以下の作業で出きるはず、その点についてはリゾート感はまるで無し。 そ例外は非常に良いと思いました。」

Upon arrival, our 20th-floor room had no functioning toilet. We immediately reported it, were initially told to use a plunger ourselves, and were later asked to send a video. After nearly EIGHT HOURS without resolution—requiring us to repeatedly use the lobby...
