"Clean spacious room and friendly staff. Pretty grounds."

"We were there on a vacation. Stayed 6 nights. The staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean. The breakfast was very good and a variety. Nice to see staff cleaning the elevator buttons, rail & washing the big garbage cans, cleaning the tables in the dining area. Host would greet you when goin the dining area. Close to a lot of shows and activities. Been there before and will stay again the next time we come to Branson. "

"We booked a jet tub room and i got in the tube and when i turned on the jets so much junk blew into the water that i wanted to vomit. The jets had not been cleaned in who k nows howong. It was nasty. "

"The room was updated and clean. The bathroom was spacious but the shower was terrible. No water pressure. Huge shower with very small shower head that barely got you wet. Worst shower in a hotel for my experiences. Staff was friendly but the hotel was hosting a multiple High School event so it was packed with kids and there was NOT enough staff to support helping those Not part of the school event. We waited 2 hrs for additional towels and one blanket. If you called the customer service extension, it just rang and rang with no answer. The hotel also did not advertise that this event was happening this weekend, so there was no knowing for us ahead of time to change dates or location. Overall nice hotel. They need better showers and they need to staff accordingly for large events so guests, not part of the event, don’t feel like they are coming second to the event goers. "
