「Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Auch das Zimmer war sauber und für den günstigen Preis absolut in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls vollkommen okay. Allerdings sind die Wände sehr dünn, wodurch das Zimmer extrem hellhörig ist; man hört jedes Wort aus dem Treppenhaus und den Nachbarzimmern. Zudem gibt es nur wenige Parkplätze. Trotz zusätzlicher Parkgebühr war später kein Platz mehr verfügbar. Andere Gäste parkten kreuz & quer, teilweise sogar auf den...

「1.The hotel counter refused to help us to print the ticket( A4*3 pages), even if we paid extra. Then I have to go to the next hotel to ask for help. Another hotel does not charge any fees to help me print three tickets. 2.we booking one "triple room including breakfast ", the receptionist told to us only 2 breakfast is included. The third person has to pay extra. but the confirmation didn't show this rule.」

「The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice quaint spot in the country. The food was great! Only complaint was that it could use a coffee machine in the room as we had to leave early before the breakfast. The cleaning woman in the restaurant made us 2 coffees to go. That was very nice.」

「Innenpool 20 Grad und kalt, von 3 kleinen Saunen waren nur 2 in Betrieb, Duschen im Sauna-Bereich zT defekt und ohne Beleuchtung, kein Wasserspender im Sauna und Poolbereich DZ sehr klein und gr Schrank als Raumteiler in die Mitte gestellt, dahinter ein Waschbecken direkt im Zimmer Wassertank der Kaffeemaschine gebrochen Alles in allem nicht mal annähernd diese Sterne wert. Sehr enttäuschend!!! Nie wieder!!!」

「The check-in and check-out staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming, and the complimentary minibar provided by the hotel was such a delightful surprise. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent it was especially convenient for visiting Sanssouci Park. If I come back to Potsdam, I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was also wonderful, with a variety of homemade jams, fresh bread, and delicious food.」

「Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht im Vierseithof Luckenwalde anlässlich einer Familienfeier. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Leider war der Weg zu unserem Zimmer sehr lang von mehrer Treppen und einigen Fluren, haben wir unsere Zimmer dann gefunden. 😀Mit dem Personal gab es jedoch sprachliche Verständigung. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war gut, es war alles da was man braucht. Aber wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder, weil es auch sehr ruhig war.」
