Only thing that let the room down was the creeky floor of the whole room that gave the impression to the occupants below and led to a complaint from reception that we were stomping about when in fact we had no shoes on at all! Poor selection of breakfast options when we stayed , Wednesday thro to Thursday…..much more choice when we stayed a few weekends ago. In a good position road wise for the major roads. Easy, free parking. Colmar is lovely, but ask hotel for map before attempting because of finding car park near to where you want to be. "

"First time in Alsace, very impressed. The room is right in the centre of a beautiful town, lots of bars, restaurants on your doorstep. Lovely hike from the town up to St Ulrich Chateaux. Plenty of parking in nearby sidestreets overnight, but limited during the day. Wonderful breakfast, the lady who served us each day was very friendly and hospitable.
