"Rooms were large and the hotel had almost every convenience. But small things were off. The kettle did not have a plug point to plug it into where it was placed near the TV. The TV had a Google TV operating system that had not been set up. The bathroom had a box for facial tissue but it was not real ..."

"Stay here for the location as it’s hard to be any more central. Staff are warm and friendly, and the food is great. Air conditioning was affective and welcome, beds comfortable. Room a little tired in terms of furniture. Parking is best over in the Europark (25 BAM a day)"

"Great pools, can't top the views from both pools. Rooms are nice, hotel is older design but we liked our stay. Beach walk thru tunnel was kind of fun. Beach is ok, no sand, just rocks, but we still went swimming."
