「We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was helpful and friendly. Room and lobby areas very clean. It had a mini fridge. Everything was modern and up to date. Breakfast had a nice variety and they kept replenishing it. It was a 10min safe walk into the town. Parking was in the street just across from the place. We would definitely stay here again!」

「The wifi was not that good, my room 103 some times couldn't connected. The kitchen is locked after the own left! So couldn't cook by yourown! The room is clean, the breakfast is good as well!」

「Our host and hostess were very welcoming and accommodating. We had some difficulty finding our way from the bus station, but once we made contact, they assisted us immediately. Our hostess was very knowledgeable about the area, and helped us to get the most out of our visit.」

「 On that day, we arrived at Kotor 2:30PM. One of us had slipped and broken his leg, so we started Kotor on 5:00PM. We would like to go to Mostar on that day, but we do not know that it is easy to pass border between Bosnia-Herzegovina and Montenegro. So we decide to reserve hotel to stay that night after we passed border. But Wi-Fi is not useful at the countryside in Bosnia-Herzegovina. I reserved this Guesthouse on 7:30PM by Hotel's.com and call to owner. When we(four mans and one...

「Pansion Robi is about a mile and a half out of Medugorie....so nice to be away from all the tour buses and crowds and be able to come back in the evening for Mass after a short rest. The owners could not be more accomodating....drove us into town to shiw us where all the sites were and greted us with cake and coffee even though we arrived several hours early. They jeep there pansion clean and neat....we felt blessed to stay at a family run business.」

「Osmana is a very helpful host, he kindly informed us the transportation and directions to the hotel, even a day tour! The hotel is brand new, very clean and newly-fashioned spacious room, quiet district, extremely convenient location, train station and old bridge are all in walking distance. We loved our stay in Mostar, highly recommended!」

"My friends and I had a wonderful stay in Hotel MM residence. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Equipped with various furniture making us feel like being home. Breakfast is freshly made from the kitchen, tasty and nutritious. Most of all, the service is warm and helpful. I’ll definitely choose here to stay if I ever had a chance to be in Mostar again in the future."

"雖然酒店位置比較隱蔽，但check-in後安排車位十分滿意，員工幫我幫我們取行李由停車場取到酒店去，之後由經理親自接待我們，講解當地重點旅遊景點。因為我們是比較夜到，經理親自安排酒店餐廳為我們準備晚餐。 "
