「Nigel and his staff are very friendly and helpful, We stayed here as it was convenient while visiting our daughter and grandchildren. While the room was basic enough, it was very comfortable and we slept so well. We had continental breakfast included in the price of the room. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Met with a friendly welcome and shown to our room. Whilst we had our own bathroom it was down the corridor from our room. Not a problem at all but unexpected. Food served in the pub is excellent and has a nice beer garden. The pub was very busy when we arrived and had to park a bit down the road but I moved the car into the main car park later in the day. Continental breakfast is available and just help yourself, this suited us. Nice pub and room. Would recommend.」

「非常小巧的房间，但应有尽有，吹风机，电风扇，开水壶，独立浴室，电视，wifi. 英式早餐是现做的，服务很周到。每天都有客房清洁服务。他家还有个漂亮的小花园，从楼上看下去很不错。每天从外面玩回来，可以自在地休息。 其位置离大英博物馆步行10分钟不到，距离euston地铁站、火车站都很近，特别方便。除了空间比较小之外，在伦敦是个很好的住宿点。」

「Overall the place was clean, but definitely needs some renovation. The television did nit work properly, the bathroom is outdated and the door didn’t close properly. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was also decent wifi but the choice of what to watch on the television waa quite limited with no satellite. Decent place for a short stay.」

「The hotel does not supply enough water to hydrate me and my two roommates. On top of that, the restroom is too small. And not only that, it stinks too. This facility should invest in better health and hygine management. Overall, this whole place」

「各方面不理想，例如公用設施多士爐，咖啡機，lift 也壞。 客客房內設施不齊全，沒有提供牙刷牙膏以及拖鞋，只有要求時才提供有限的數量。 房間不清潔很多塵。 感覺不安全，酒店大門沒有關上時沒有職員留守於reception，好像隨時有陌生人可進，即是沒有酒店卡的人也可內進 早餐時段職員沒有禮貌去對待客人的要求。」
