「Clean room, very accommodating with the bridge work holding us up until after hours. Breakfast was great. Love the Britt coffee maker in the room. Great Ac. We will stay here again.」

「Check-in it’s way too late, and check-out way too early how can a check-in at 4pm and a check-out at 10am be normal or even welcoming to guests? They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible. A positive thing about the club it’s the cleaning service, I was there for 2 nights only and the day after my check-in they cleaned the room and got us new clean towels,...

「1. There is no hot water. 2. During my stay, one of the days had no water at all. 3. You have to call an attendant to let you both in and out(meaning you are locked in). 4. No Wifi. 5. My lights also burned out during my stay aside from 1 in the bathroom. 6. the AC was really just a fan(no cooling). 」

「This place really sucks, seems pretty nice in pictures but has been neglected, apparently for years. There are things like the balcony light not have a switch, the one of the celling fas not working, a single ac unit for the whole place. For these day and age not having Wifi, seems pretty ridiculous. The kitchen is supposed to be semi-equiped, but there is almost nothing. No cookware not utensils, not even coffee mugs. In general everything is in a very poorly and abandoned state. 」

「De kamer was prima, maar er lagen wel her en der muizenkeutels en je hoorde veel getrippel ‘s nachts over het dak en door de kamer heen, wat mij doet vermoeden dat er muizen of hagedissen rondscharrelen. ‘s Ochtends weinig kans op uitslapen want om 6:30 op een zaterdag wordt er twee uur lang geharkt op het grind. Het ontbijt was vrij prijzig voor wat je er voor terugkrijgt. De locatie was echter super! Vlak aan het strand en het zwembad is wat klein en ondiep maar wel goed onderhouden. 」

「Staff was very attentive and helpful with anything I needed or any questions I had. They helped set up transportation and booked adventures for me. Will be coming back to stay!」

「On new Year's Eve at 8pm ready to take a shower and go out we noticed no towels and 6" dirty standing water in shower. Went to off and called with no response. Found another number and someone showed up. Told us to deal with it or leave. On New Year's Eve we were going to leave at 8pm!! Exsteamly hostile..」

「Gutes Frühstück, gemütliche Zimmer, liegt direkt in einer kleinen Straße zwischen Strand und Einkaufsstrasse. Die Anlage mit schönem Pool hat uns sehr hut gefallen.」

「I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. 」
