「The staff is friendly and super helpful. Rooms are good sized and clean. Breakfast was good with make-your-own waffles. Room service is upon request. Located in midtown Nashville near the original Hattie B's, it is a bit off the beaten path and about one mile from Broadway (Uber!).」

「Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.」

「Check in was a breeze. Offered option to pay for early check in, which we did. Super convenient to walk to Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena with ease. Felt safe and room, hallways and lobby were clean. Parking was very expensive, but we were able to park right by the elevator, making it easy to unload and load our car to and from our room. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t say they were “friendly”. 」

「Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and was fresh and included many options. Hotel is very conveniently located near downtown Nashville while being out of the noise and congestion of the city. Would stay here again for sure. 」
