「Gracias a Dios que solo habíamos reservado 1 noche en esta propiedad. Cuando llegamos a hacer check in alrededor de las 3pm todo estaba bien. Alrededor de las 5pm se fue la luz en la propiedad. Pensamos que esto iba a ser pasajero sin embargo la luz no regresó hasta el día siguiente alrededor de las 10am. Es importante mencionar que las otras propiedades de alrededor si contaban con luz. Al estar sin luz por casi 12 horas la comida que teníamos en el refrigedor se puso mala. Claramente no había...

「NO ONE should book this property. We paid $2,600 for a week and ended up leaving on day one. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never once walked out until this place. I don’t even know where to begin. Before you even get to the hotel, enjoy climbing up the disaster of a dirt road. It’s extremely steep and full of holes that will most definitely scrape the bottom of your car. I was really concerned for my rental. Driving up and down this road, especially at night, was a nightmare....

「The property was absolutely perfect, private villa, amazing staff who were easy to contact with any needs. The location was great. The kitchenette was decent enough to get by however if we needed anything the staff helped promptly 」

「 One hour into breakfast, there was very limited fruit, granola. The staff did not restock and I felt badly for those customers who arrived in the next 2 hours. This was experienced both days. At dinner, the servers never came to check on us, ask if we needed anything, how our food was. We found them to be quite curt and not customer focused. Housekeeping and gardeners A+; reception desk staff varied depending on who was working.」

Cleaning was great and every issue we had with low water pressure, for example, was fixed in seconds. Staff is great and very welcoming. I'd recommend closing the blinds that face the sun when you leave for the day so it's not as hot when you return, you can ask the cleaning ladies that」
