"The hotel had no power on Friday due to a windstorm in the area. Obviously not the hotel‘s fault. The staff was very accommodating. They allowed us to hang out in the lobby and play card games and make the best of the situation. They also offered refunds without us asking. The staff was very apologetic. But again, there was nothing they could’ve done. Unfortunately. Some people have to complain and blame the hotel for the situation.i believe they handled the situation perfectly. WELL DONE!"

"Room was super clean….the upkeep of the hotel itself is very well maintained. And let me tell you…..the BED was theeee most comfortable hotel bed I’ve EVERRRR slept on!! I still think about it two weeks later, lol!!! Would recommend Comfort Inn Suites all day long!!"
