"Convenient location. Room is dirty: cobwebs from ceilings along walls everywhere. Floor is filthy-- needs to be scrubbed just not swept or swiffered Door has a gap that bugs and spiders enter. I bought bug spray Pets are allowed but cost is extreme Under the bed i dont even want to know "

"Smoke free room reeked of smoke, uncomfortable bed, peeling paint, confusing tv, paper thin walls and phone in room didn’t work. Only redeeming quality was price. Would not recommend. "

"There was mold growing in my refrigerator the top to the heater and ac fell off the sheets were stained and it smelled like mildew in my room I do not recommend staying there , they had bugs coming out of my sink and overall I just would not book there again !"

"I would defiently recommand this location to stay. The staff was very friendly and excellent service. Although I was unable to try the Spa, the grounds and surrounding areas were beautiful. They are working on the outside pool. I'll be returning for a longer stay. What made the trip even better was, we were able to check in as soon as we arrived at 12 noon. How satisfying is that, after a long drive. Parking was excellent and the many other dining spots and shopping stores on the on Indian River will keep anyone happy. Lastly the beach is just 20 minutes away. "

"The actual bedroom was very nice and clean. But the bathroom was horrible, when I entered the room the bathroom door was locked so i had to call for it to be opened. When i returned back to my room,there were hair particles, tub was dirty with hair and the mess that maintenence made was left on the floor. Horrible I was very disappointed for it to be a holiday inn. Will never book another stay at any holiday inn. My friend next door found a roach in his refrigerator how awful is that. I'm totally done with them. "
