"This place is a hidden gem! 20 mins outside of Heraklion in a nice small town called Gournes. I honestly cannot say enough about this place. Staff is awesome. George at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. For example: we ordered a taxi pickup for leaving at 645am and he brought a bagged lunch to our room the night prior since we would miss the breakfast…..little things like that happened constantly. "We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The receptionists in particular were respectful, kind and very helpful. They made us feel valued. Breakfast was very good and again, the staff very welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent, very close to shops, bars and restaurants. Buses are close by and beaches lovely. This is a great hotel to stay at. We would definitely stay again. "
