「Absolutely Fantastic Stay – A Real Oasis! I stayed here last night and had an amazing experience from start to finish. 「The amount I was charged at check-in was more than the amount quoted by hotels.com. The receptionist took the initiatives to explain to me it was due to VAT. Although the increased amount was more than 5%, appreciated the way the receptionist communicated with me. The room quality was OK, but the housekeeping wasn't done on the first day as they said "everyday they clear the room for 1 time, so the check-in date won't get housekeeping service". 「The cleaning was a big question mark. Everything from carpet to bedsheet to furniture was dirty with visible stains. It's very unhygienic to use dirty bedsheets which seems like used by previous guest and were not replaced. Otherwise, property itself is good. It's 15-20 min drive to JED airport and 25 min drive to Jeddah waterfront that has good sightseeing and dining.」

「As a Canadian I stayed 5 nights and My experience was terrible. I don't recommend this to others. The night shift reciptionist ahmed was helpful and nice and the guy with blue eyes in day time was not bad the rest all experience was terrible. When i was asking for something very simple like toiletries which is included in booking they won't bring it or make me wait till next day. The hotel was not clean.
