「I received a call at 4:20 (check in is at 4) on the day of check in informing me that my stay was overbooked. 「The condo was well kept, as was the rest of the building. Communication from the property management company was excellent. You have an amazing view of downtown from the balcony. One thing I wish I knew beforehand was that the hvac system is probably original to the building (1962). Long story short, you have very little control of the temperature in this unit.
