I had booked via a 3rd party and as soon as I checked in, the hotel Receptionist said I could pay lesser than what I paid and she immediately applied that. Ann was such a great person and all the other staff as well. It's definitely 5 stars for me. 」

「I was in town to watch the Olympic Trials and run the Publix Marathon. The hotel was right on the run course for both races. Also, when I arrived Friday evening they did not have my reservation for my stay. The desk clerk was gracious and able to get me a room even though they were booked.」
