"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. "Der Check-in erfolgt selber via Screen, die Reception ist nicht besetzt, das funktioniert soweit gut. Jedoch war das uns zugewiesene Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt. So haben wir auf die Notfall-Nummer angerufen, da hat uns jemand in Deutsch weitergeholfen und auf ein anderes gereinigtes Zimmer umgebucht. Dies hat ein paar Minuten gedauert, aber schliesslich gut geklappt. Die Zimmer sind neu, gross und modern."

"We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret.
The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. This neighborhood is walkable although on a hillside, with lots of cute shops and restaurants.
