"I arrived and was unable to enter the lobby for about 10 minutes, continued knocking. As i retreated to car a valet showed up and let me in. Mind you i was parked on street in downtown minneapolis in valet spot. Breakfast and evening reception were great. EXTREMELY scented shower products caused by daughter an extreme asthma attack the first in 10 plus years and myself breathing issues."

"Motel s run down and does not give a good impression when you see it. Room was basic but clean. Area felt safe but nothing nearby to eat or even a coffee place unless you have a car. But price affordable so probably a case of “you get what you pay for” If you just want a place to sleep and get a shower it’s ok "

"Parking was secure, with a code needed to enter. Staff was professional and courteous. Excess air freshener or fragrance in lobby was not appreciated. Room was quiet but so close to pool that it smelled like chlorine. Great walkable location, in the heart of the West Bank theater district with great restaurants. Close to light rail also. "

"Parking is not included in stay; construction crewa outside arrived at 6am. Only one coffee pod given,no cups. No breakfast options provided without charge. Junk food available for overpriced amount. Wouldn't stay again."

"The property is clean and well maintianed. Breakfast in the resruarant on teh 4th foor was incredible. My room was perfect. All of this was a bit overshadowed by some concerning experiences. I was in room 902. Calls from other guests wanting to speak to room service or guest services kept getting routed to my room, about 10 in all. Apearently they have a new phone system. There were issues with the in room coffee maker. Additionally, good thing I checked my charges at teh desk upon checkout. There was roughly $120.00 in charges being billed to my card that were not mine. The front desk staff did manage to correct the errors. I dod purchase a robe and was given a $50 discount for all the trouble. They should have covered breakfast too. . . "

"The hotel was wonderful. The beds were a little firmer than what I like. The only downfall is the fact that there were police sirens all night long. But that really has nothing to do with the hotel and just the fact that Downtown Minneapolis has a lot of crime right now."

"Staff were kind, food was delicious, skywalk accessibility was an unexpected plus. There were some little things with the room (e.g. the remote wouldn't work sometimes, the shower didn't get very hot despite turning it all the way over), but overall I had a pleasant stay and would come again."
