The location is very good. You can walk to the beach and is facing the water and close to the bus station. The property is very clean. Provides breakfast at a nearby hotel. What I didn’t like about the hotel is the staff at this hotel were not very friendly and not very hospitable. Staff gave me the feeling that they were there just doing the minimum- gave you the room and what more do you want from me feel. For that reason alone don’t think I will come back. There are plenty of choices.

Reserved the most expensive room but there were mosquitoes everywhere and bathtub quite dirty. But the view is perfect, staffs are helpful.

The room itself isn't anything special, but the balcony and view are where you get your money's worth. Tub and big lounge sofa to enjoy view of the ocean - and at night the stars and breeze (if weather good).

great family hotel
Took my family to Kenting for a quick weekend trip and we really liked the hotel. Close to the beach and walking distance to a very busy and fun night market.

Best on the block! I truly enjoyed the warm welcome from owners and staff. Would stay here again. Clean and modern. I like the way they designed the compact room I stayed in. Not too small. Just right for one or even two persons. Thanks, Kenting Seawall Inn!

A lovely modern hotel with clean rooms and a fantastic view from the ocean facing rooms. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was nice. We found the fact that there is no shower in rooms, only a bath, very strange. The bath has an extendable shower head but is completely impractical as you will get water everywhere. Enjoyed our stay here - great location to enjoy Kenting.

Fabulous!
Kenting is really quite beautiful. This hotel is right in front of a lovely beach. I didn’t have a beach view but didn’t care. My room was small but quiet and comfortable. Yvonne and the staff really try to help and make everyone feel at home. Breakfast was delicious.

Bad Experience
Good location. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The room was tiny and they had not used the space wisely. The bed was wedged so tightly against the wall you bang your head when you turnover. Poor Wi-Fi, which constantly dropped meaning I would have to pay to go to a restaurant to view anything. I booked a room with a balcony planning on enjoying the sea views but all I got was an outside tap, which ruined my vacation. Lots of noise and bad smells from building work. When I moved hotels I tried to hail a taxi but was prevented from doing so and told I must pay $NT200 for a private car for the six minute drive. A taxi drove past as we were talking and I pointed it out but was told No No No. I was so eager to leave I paid them.

As you know, we have limited space, but we choose to install the elevator, for guests comfortable, we already try our best for the space of the room. After we check your reservation, you didn't book the room with sea view, maybe next time you can specially mark it, then we will help you arrange. We are sorry about the noise and bed air. Finally, thank you for choosing us to spend your vacation with, we feel apologetic that you don't have a good time, but if you have any problems you should tell us as soon as possibly, that we can help you to resolve. When you're leaving, you ask us to call a car for you, we didn't mandatory require you need to pay us to leave. Thank you for your comments, we look forward to see you again.

Beautiful room, very nice owners and staff, great location. Property is brand new, only two months old. It is separated from the beach only by an beautiful green space. Our room is on the top floor. It opens to the full view of the blue ocean from the room. Guest also can sit on the large bungalow. The street is quiet, but it is at the heart of Kenting and only 4 min walk from the main street which has famous night market. They also serve home made breakfast. You will treat yourself right by staying here if you are in Kenting.

房間整體清潔度不足，有小混蟲寄居於牆上及小有小蟑螂於房間內出沒。房間攞設及設計不夠人性化，例如浴室沒有浴廉，令沖涼時水花四濺，浴室又沒有地方放衣服，毛巾又放於房外，洗手盤又設於浴室外而沒有洗手液提供。住宿包早餐，可惜如果要美式或拿鐵需要另加錢。

景色は良いホテルです。 その一方で、残念ながらホスピタリティには大いに欠けたホテルでした。 ①システム不具合による解約連絡があり、再予約を行ったのですが金額がアップ。フロントで相談したのですが、これらはHotels.comの責任だとして聞く耳持たず。 ②上記内容に、英文と中文で連絡したが一切返信なし。 ③部屋掃除に入った様子はあるが、布団は乱れたままで歯ブラシや茶の入れ替えはなし。 ④フロントスタッフは挨拶する気配もなし。 台湾駐在員なのですが、このようなホテルは初めての経験です。

環境很好，價位值的，雖然只有兩人房要訂兩間，但是床跟馬桶浴缸，托鞋都很棒，電視也超大，環境離夜市也很近，前方就是沙灘，來墾丁就是要逛夜市玩沙灘，不用到處開車跑就是最棒的
