「Close to downtown」

「This was an older hotel, that was poorly taken cate of. Our door saw outside light. It was old and not a place I would stay again. The clerk was very plesant. It was near some restaurants, but nothing really great.」

「Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. AC kept us comfortable. There was no hook (broken) to hang clothes in bathroom. Also, an outlet was missing a cover. We did report it to front desk. All in all excellent place to stay! TY」

「The Expedia description said breakfast is included, but, there is no breakfast. The manager simply said Super 8 motels haven't done breakfast in a long time. I wanted to tell him I stayed in a Super 8 only a few days early and it had breakfast, but didn't want to start an argument. But hey, there is a McDonalds across the street and you can grab breakfast there. The real reason I am ranking this 3 stars is one,there was a used wet towel in my room (hanging on the hook behind the bathroom...

「Good: Nice area, easy to find, reasonably convenient location, helpful staff, great price, great parking, good diners nearby, good AC. BUT, room very musty, smelled of urine, very hot on arrival (AC off and window with holes in bent screen open), door jamb split as if it had previously been forced open, puddles in bathroom. I like simple, inexpensive, funky motels when I just need a place to sleep but this was smelly and seemed poorly maintained.」

「No , pull out bed for my child even though it was the sole reason I booked here. When I spoke to customer service they informed me the website lies all the times, also elevator was faulty but a notice was posted that it was functional but finicky. My family and I got stuck for half an hour and had to be rescued by the local fire department. Not the best experience」

「我在网上订的是一个房间两张床，他们竟然给的是一张床的房间，跟前台交涉他们竟然把责任推给网站，好说歹说搞了半天，才给我们换了一个房间，另外一个加钱给他们都不给换，要不是外面下着大雨，我们早就换另外一家了，进了房间地毯颜色看过去又脏又旧，床上的毯子都结成一粒粒的球，房间的空调又老又旧，声音又大。床垫的弹簧都往中间部位塌陷，建议你们出来旅游，不要花了钱还要受这闲气」

「I loved hot tub and pools. Bath robe and slippers were shortage.」

「VERY, very basic. I thought the bed was gonna break. There was an outlet right over the headboard that was being pulled so tight that the item plugged into it was pulling it sideways and out of the wall. Looked dangerous. The floor slanted and felt hollow underneath. The towels did not smell clean.」

「Very clean property with amazing beds and hot showers. Never seen ANY staff on site, but when a question was asked via texted, they were quick to respond. Real nice place and convenient access to downtown. Our room did have some minor issues tho…. Batteries in AC remote dead, tiles in bathroom were broke, and the transition from room to bathroom was a trip hazard… especially in the dark. Still very clean and quiet.」
