The staff was so helpful and very genuine. They made checking in a breeze. I wasn't sure if I needed a few more days and they made the conversation about my lodging needs very easy on me. They helped me figure out exactly what I needed and made it clear that I could just go back up and speak to them if I needed to add more days. The rooms have everything you need and have a very charming touches.

For $60, you get way more than you might expect. Clean room, comfortable bed, shower has hot water, four walls and a roof. I’ve paid more for less. Just remember this is a $60 a night motel; no free shampoo, bed is squeaky as hell, and the rooms are small. But again, it’s the price it is. Clean, has a bed, no bugs of any kind. If I could have a motel like this at every stop on a road trip i’d be a blessed man.

This is a very friendly place to stay being a day, week, or longer. I find it very quiet and yet it has that country feel to it. the rooms are very clean, bed is very comfortable, the heater does work very well for the cold mornings and so does the a/c for those warmer days it's close to town and also the Military Base. and yes, I will stay here on my next visit. For me it's a win win

Loved this small, cozy and quiet motel. Easy to get to and convenient to places in Watertown, NY. Owner is doing renovation to the motel but it does not affect the rooms he is renting out. Room and bathroom were clean and the king size bed extremely comfortable with quality linens. Price was very reasonable and will definitely stay there again on future trips
