"I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. "Very impressed. Hotel room with extras! Great facilities and every thing you need. Water bottle and refill tap great idea (from someone who only drinks bottled water) Full sized fridge and cooking facilities. If I had to add any feedback it would be maybe add a unit/draws for extra clothing as we couldn’t fit all clothes on to the hangers provided. Everything was impeccably clean. All brand new. Loved the pantry options. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Small but perfect menu for us. 10/10. Staff were very welcoming and all friendly and attentive. Would 100% recommend and stay again "
