"4 stars feels like a stretch as a hotel class, but I very much enjoyed this stay considering its price and the size of the room. I will say that the whole building has a very old vibe to it that Lailai is a part of and doesn't really hide, so it doesn't feel as clean as one may expect from a "4 star". Staff are super friendly though and the free gym access is an amazing perk."

"Excellent location; right at downtown area; easy to reach via various public transportations. Lots of great shopping and dining options. Free parking. Friendly and helpful staff. The electric kettle in the room is helpful and eco-friendly. "Enjoyed the hotel. Rooms and all areas were very clean and quiet. Nice pool to do laps and big gym for a hotel. Restaurants were really good, however a little pricey. Staff were friendly and helpful, and since it was my wife’s birthday, we got upgraded and treats for a gift. This made the stay standout and showed their commitment to their guests. Highly recommend a stay here and would stay again."
