「I booked this hotel from expedia but cannot check in when i arrive at around 8pm. The staff told me there is no booking record and all triple rooms were sold already. I used nearly 45 mins to explain & explain,showed my booking confirmation, the staff is willing to help but we checked and checked, again and again, and finally solved after a call made by the staff to expedia. I got a room finally but missed my dinner time. Nothing to eat this night. The room is okay. 」

「The hotel is in the town center where we can walk around the town.The owners were waiting for us when we arrived.The homemade breakfast, especially the bread is delicious. Will stay longer next time.」

「Hatte hier Zwischenstopp auf der Heimfahrt gemacht. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, das Bett bequem, das Bad recht groß. Alles war sehr sauber. Leider war das Restaurant am Tag meines Aufenthaltes abends geschlossen. Das wurde mir ca. 1 Woche vor dem Aufenthalt vom Hotel mitgeteilt und eine kostenlose Stornierung angeboten, was ich sehr fair fand. Das Frühstück war gut, es fehlte an nichts. Auch Kipfenberg und die Umgebung sind schön, auch wenn etwas abseits der Autobahn. Alles in allem eine gute...

Once you've already been there and you've learnt how everything works with the hotel personal (reachable only by vocal phone calls in the evening of arrival and beginning to clean-up rooms at about 9:30 in the morning) and the automatic check-in (it was dark when I arrived and it wasn't easy at all to get the magnetic card to access the room.
