「I am from the US, so according to the US standards, this property was average at best. The hotel room was cleaned every day. I felt my things were safe there. We had no issues with safety. There were fresh water bottles every day. The bathrooms functioned well, and there was no mold. The room was spacious enough. The location was very convenient for me. I would never find it if I didn't have a driver, though. The service was excellent. The team was friendly, very accommodating, and prompt....

「Overall this was a nice hotel. The issue I experienced finding my wallet missing money immediately after a staff member cleaned our room. When escalating the incident with the hotel staff, they sided with their staff member and the story they told us was not believable. 」

「Good place to stay at for a layover. Cheap, spacious rooms, and they provide breakfast. Place is hard to find and it would help if they had a sign thay said "El Sueno Homestay" outside the Main Gate instead of our driver wondering if this is the place, calling the lady, then her coming outside. The place is pn Muthiaga Lane (Its a Blue sign) and leads all the way to the end on the left. The locals helped us find it. But yes, def good place to stay for a night while you transition to your next...

「Excellent hotel with very nice glamping and food / staff was very responsive and nice. Food for breakfast and lunch was excellent / we unfortunately missed dinner. On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. Special thanks to Geoffrey the Front Desk Manager who was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would love to have extended our visits will be back again.」

「Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state. Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove them」

「The hotel denied that I had booking even I showed them the email from Expedia!! They said we don't deal with Expedia!!! I tried to contact Expedia but in vain.. Weak support service.. No email to contact Expedia at. The stupid messenger is just automated templates that were not of any help at all. Calling call center Internationally is extremely expensive. Basically, I was ripped off and totally ignored by Expedia. I had to search for another hotel. Money is gone... Hotel is a bunch of theifs...
