This was a beautiful experience to see the northern lights. However, the self check in was a bit confusing. I wasn’t aware of the process. I was expecting to see and speak with a live person. However, the number given for help was very helpful.

Great hotel with free drink, sauna, hot tub, and breakfast. Highly recommend. One of the best value in Iceland! We stayed two nights.

Parking was free along the street with plenty of spots. Rooms and showers were clean and never heard any neighbors. Good location with a few restaurants close by that are walkable.
