「2e keer dat we hier logeren. Het was schoon, netjes, personeel is erg vriendelijk, spreken goed Engels en de prijs voor het ontbijt is het waard. Ik vond het bed wat hard, maar ik ben thuis een zachter matras gewend. Het ligt langs een treinspoor, maar dat heb je geen last van, ze hebben dubbele muren en ramen om dat te dempen. Peu professionnel, je me vois reprocher d’être passée pas Hotels.com et que c’est pour cela que la facture n’a pas été reçue malgré des sms de son épouse m’indiquant que la facture avait déjà été envoyée. Il aurait été pertinent de vérifier avant de me faire une réponse erronée, m’obligeant à les relancer, être ignorée et devoir les rappeler. On m’indique que cela ne fait que 10 jours mais...
