「As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. Anytime I reached out I got an answer on the other end (Responded quickly). Any items and amenities that we could have thought of or needed was available for us in home. 「The house although old and in need of repairs is cute. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable & the bedrooms and 2 small bathrooms were clean. Other living areas of the house could have been cleaned more thoroughly. There are 5 TVs in the house & outdoor areas. The 2 outside would not even turn on. The main tv in the family room area & bedroom TVs would not connect to WiFi because the network name & password clearly displayed in the Guest Binder and also various places in the home,...

「Train tracks within 1/4 mile, trains running all through the night, across the street from a manufacturing facility, noises from there all night, right on main highway, traffic noises all night. We couldn’t sleep for the noise. The mattress in all three bedrooms were very uncomfortable. 」
