"This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Julia. The apartment is very spacious and the location can’t be beat - close to the central area, the Bahnhof, the walkway around the lake - we could walk everywhere! It is next to the train tracks but the trains are electric and quiet. Any extra needs were taken care of immediately. When we return to Zell Am See, we shall rent this place again."

"The apartment was quite large and we had plenty of space, there were 2 of us, but the place can hold up to 6-8 probably. It was quiet at night, and had a view of the mountains, and was only a 5 minute walk to the closest ski lifts (which you could see from the kitchen). There were supermarkets walking distance too although they seemed to close quite early. Definitely a good location for a group of skiers, the place was comfortable, warm, & kitchen well equipped. "Beautiful, fully renovated apartment with a view on Grosglockner. The idea of using the wood building materials from the old house is great and the result speaks for itself. Very comfortable beds. Hermann is an excellent host, we really loved the welcome schnaps and gifts, he immediately answered all the questions we had. I would return any time."
