"The property is run down from the outside, not anything close to what was advertised in Expedia(where I booked)...Upon arrival @ the property, I was attended as if I was ordering fast food by the drive-thru. I was outside in the cold, the lady was inside and door was locked, attending to me through the window. I have never seen this kind of hotel check-in in my life..Customer Service was negative O. The lady @ the front was extremely rude and won't book me and family because I booked one room with 2 beds for myself, spouse and 3 daughters (minors). She insisted I book an extra room for my 3 kids(ages 8 to15). I declined and cancelled my reservation. Horrible experience and I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE EVEN IF IT IS FOR FREE.. "

"The room was clean (except for the remote controls). It was a beautiful room. The staff were very good and attentive. Breakfast was adequate as expected. The pool was very busy. One of the hot tubs was broken. "

"Very disappointed with the hotel currently . It is under renovation which is fine however our room was in a hall and right next door to work areas. It started just after 7am and lasted all day which effected you go sleep. Also numerous instructions were not even saved. Stated no house keeping needed how ever they still tried to enter the room while changing . Also stated only wanted new towels daily in the afternoon but they came at 7 am. Numerous confused calls were made to our room regarding everything that was already gone over. Happened multiple times over a three day stay . Also the active construction zone in most of the hall and on both sides of room left a terrible mess and plastic hanging sheets in walkway that made passing through hard . Last time we stayed here it was a great experience however this time was very bad. "
