不会再住了

住过最糟糕的同级酒店了，不是说它的设施，设施等硬件条件还是很好的，而是合肥这家的管理和服务，太不够专业化了。入住手续办的特别慢，订了两间，有一间找半天找不到订单；然后房间所在整个楼层的走廊上无论早上晚上，充满着无法散发开的烟味，每次出门都是折磨，难道酒店不会告诉客人不要在走道上抽烟吗？或者把其他客人安排在别的无烟的楼层？下次不会入住这里了。
