"The staff were friendly. I didn't like getting a phone call asking if I wanted to book dinner the week before. Also the plug in the bathroom didn't work and 30 minutes before check out the key card did not work. The shower is in front of the toliet without a door which I am not a fan. Maybe put a picture of that in the details. Also the clear glass bathroom door with the hole to open not a fan. The room was also very hot. Would I stay again.... probably not BUT for people who like...

"​The room was dusty and didn't seem properly cleaned before my arrival. To make matters worse, no housekeeping or towel refills were provided after the first night. I later found out it’s an "on-request" service, but the staff failed to mention this at check-in. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and basic hygiene standards."

"Have used this hotel before on a few occasions when visiting family. Location is excellent, near to motorway and in the forest. Parking always available and no extra charge. Rooms are well equipped with good aircon and all staff are really nice and friendly. I felt on this stay the breakfast wasn’t the same excellent quality I’ve experienced before and the breakfast area seemed to be understaffed. "We booked to stay a night before catching a flight home the following morning. Room was ok. Did what we needed for the night, however not very sound proof. We could hear all sorts going on in others room. Also found a pair of dirty socks left by the previous visitor on the window sill. Also no air con, there was a fan to be fair but given how hot it was didn’t do much to keep cool."
