Hotel was amazing close to all the shops. Staff was amazing the whole time. Great experience overall. Great value as well.

The room was impeccable ,I’m a picky person and the bathroom was spotless the breakfast was very good and customer service was excellent !!

The Austria Haus hotel offers the luxury of a quiet retreat right in Vail Village. After we pulled our car in front of the hotel, we enjoyed a stress-free stay. Valet parking was very convenient, and both check in and check out were fast and efficient. The staff in the hotel was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Both the room and the bathroom were very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a shower as well as a very nice bathtub and we appreciated the quality of the shampoo,...

Pros: Across the street from Golden Peak lift. Short walk into Vail Village. Great breakfast!!!! I enjoyed the fireplace inside the room. Cons: Parking. The underground parking spaces are limited for $40/day, and I had to circle around 3 times. Then I waited 45 minutes to see if anyone would leave to find a spot.

Very nice staff down to the housekeepers. The hotel will be undergoing a renovation can’t wait to come back and see the improvements. The rooms are very spacious and I love how they have places to put away luggage considering how much we bring when coming for skiing

The hotel is a charming European-style hotel in the center of Vail. We enjoyed the ambience, deck, attached restaurant, inside parking etc. but want to warn potential guests that it is quite confusing at first. We used google maps but as we got closer, were instructed to park and walk the rest of the way--there is NO parking at that point but residential driveways. After a number of false starts we realized that some cars are permitted on the pedestrian-only area and there is first come parking...

just wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay to celebrate our anniversary. The room was large, clean, and well decorated. The lodge itself was all of the above. The pool was surprisingly warm and enjoyable on a 70 degree day. We liked the quaint neighborhood that was only a 5 minute walk to the village. We would definitely stay here again! The manager on duty Brian was very friendly and helpful.

Sergio the bartender was very personable and welcoming even though we checked in right before the bar close, he was still willing to help us get drinks and food and get settled in. Front desk staff was also very helpful checking us in and he helped us select a quiet room. Rooms are a tad dated, shower curtains are frayed at the top and some of the wallpaper is peeling at the edges just little things, certainly no dealbreakers. Market food looks very appetizing unlike many other places ive...

The hotel is very clean & beautiful & in a great location. Having a shuttle to bring you back & forth to the villages was very convenient. We had a rental car & never had to drive it. We used the hotel shuttle to go everywhere. Had I known the hotel had a free shuttle, I wouldn’t have rented a car. The only cons I have - which aren’t dealbreakers - is that there is no complimentary breakfast. Breakfast buffet will run you over $100 for two adults. Also lunch & dinner prices are a bit on the...

It was beautiful and the service was outstanding.

I have stayed here many times now, and it never disappoints! The staff is always super friendly!!! The hotel has always had plenty of room for my truck and trailer, which is really nice. In my opinion, its the best place to stay in Kremmling.

Entire experience from check in to check out was fantastic. Room was large enough for five, a complimentary roll away was provided and stowed easily away during the day. The room was upgraded with solid surface countertops, ss appliances, tiled shower, balcony and a fireplace. At the end of a tough day skiing, the hot tub and sauna were great, only used the hot tub on interior of property as the hot tub on the outside was always occupied. Staff at the hotel was more than accommodating, fresh...

My wife and I went to Vail (from the Denver area) for a little get-a-way to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. I booked the Arrabelle based on it's reviews, and we were not disappointed -- 1st class across the board. Everything was wonderful -- the room (with a fireplace), the staff (from the front desk to the concierge to the shuttle driver), and the food, although we just had the included breakfast buffet, which was really special -- be sure to get a made-to order-omelet, but be careful...

Awesome views of the mountains! Wonderful amenities, comfortable beds. Very clean and welcoming. I only wish the fireplace had worked. Will definitely come back to this hotel. Vail is gorgeous!

The place is very attractive and so is the atmosphere around it. It is breathtaking. The staff is very helpful and professional. I will come back again. It was very relaxing and comfortable.

We had such a great stay. Staff made us feel very welcome and were extremely helpful. The rooms are nice and great for people who are here to ski and not too fussed about a 5 star accommodation. Great proximity to Lionshead about a 5 minute walk from the door to slopes. Hot tub was great and they leave out snacks in the foyer at breakfast and in the afternoon. Overall we loved our stay it was exactly what we were looking for would definitely stay here again.

Don't let the 3 stars fool you. The rooms are clean, and the property is quiet for a good night's sleep. The only reason this hotel isn't a 4 star is because of the outdated tile in the kitchens and bathrooms. Everything else is up to date and very, very nice. By the way, the tile referenced is just outdated in color, not cleanliness. Bathrooms and kitchen are very clean. The staff is courteous and helpful and kind--great service! Pool and hot tub are perfect, right on Gore Creek close to...
