「The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. 」

「I love a cheap stay no more than the next person but I cannot recommend anyone visits here. The guy on the front desk was lovely but that is all that is nice. The reception smelt of stale urine, the shared toilets were yellow, barely functioned and were so incredibly dirty. The room stank and needed a full renovation, the sink was stained. We had three rooms and one wouldn’t even lock. These look like an F1 hotel on paper but stay clear F1 is a 5* compared to Enzo.」

「Very nice room overlooking the beautiful garden. Although it was a very hot night, with the windows open all around I got a cooling breeze from the garden. The area was quiet. Easy walking distance to cafes, shops, restaurants and the market. Secure parking.」
