"The breakfast spread was great. They let us early check in, with a toddler couldn’t have asked for more. "

"The spa was clean and my husband enjoyed his manicure. The pool was cold and refreshing; Visa bar was delightful and we enjoyed trying new cocktails. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. What I especially appreciated was the fact they set up towel swans and a banner on the bed for our anniversary. We also received some cake in our room to help us celebrate our anniversary. It was the little details that made it special."

"The telephone did not work and they didn't change it even after we asked them to. We needed to tell them repeatedly to get few things done like room cleaning and spraying insecticide inside bathroom. Neither hot water facility for bathing nor provided a kettle. Overall pretty average stay and not worth the price we paid(~5.5k) for 2 days for 2 person AC room."

"Avoid at all cost. Hotel.com advert is completely false. No restaurant, no breakfast, don’t allow foreigners. After a while they let us stop, it was late and we where tired. "

"Dishonest Staff and Poor Service: The staff are dishonest and overcharge customers to make personal profits. They frequently provide a twin bed room while charging for a single bed room. This kind of behavior is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to others."
