"Every staff member I interacted with was smiling, positive, ready and willing to help. The best customer service I have experienced at a hotel in a long time. My teens enjoyed the pool. Very clean and located in a convenient location if you happen to be visiting Bryant University. We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and I used the laundry facilities, which only consisted of one washer and dryer, so I am glad no one else felt the need to wash gear between game days!"
