「Room was not ready at check in. Wrong key several times, wrong room type 3 times and finally the last room had no bedding nor comforter. After four tries at correcting the issues and finally getting a room, without the bed prepared or a comforter, with a non-working phone and foul odor, I left the property and found a different hotel. The issues at check in combined with the poor room condition left me feeling uneasy with the motel and its staff. I was happier losing the booking fee and paying...

「As always The Wren was an exceptional place to stay. Welcoming to pups and the employees who Checked us in and checked us out were friendly and fun to chat with. There was one exception. As we were leaving we asked for a towel from the front desk. Our dog had jumped in the river and we wanted to dry him off a bit before we got in the car. It looked as though the employees were having a meeting. One man looked at us and said, we only have towels with urine on them. We were taken aback a little....

「This hotel was awful. When checking in, was tild that they wouldn't accept a debit card only a credit card. Which was not posted anywhere. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and bad odor. We asked to be moved and was told they couldnt do it. When we asked where a certain place was, a place that most likely everyone who lives there should know, he had no clue and didnt care either. I tend to be a gracious guest as I used to work as a hotel manager and I know the issues that arrive, this...

「Stayed three nights at this property. All of the staff we dealt with were very friendly. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean. Each morning they had a different variety of breakfast items to choose from and it was good. The property backs up to a little creek amongst beautiful trees that you can enjoy around a fire pit…it’s lovely. When we come thru Missoula again, we will definitely stay here. 」
